Registration Instructions for 2025 IEEE AI+ Congress

IMPORTANT:

You are strongly encouraged to read the following notes before starting the registration process:

1.     Regular registration only for the authors with accepted papers includes:

 

The Regular registration fee is as follows:

The deadline for Regular registration is Oct 21, 2025. Please note that if your payment is not received by that date, the paper will be removed from the proceedings. This deadline will be strictly enforced.

Basic registration fee is applied to other authors of the same paper that has been fully registered or other people who would like to attend physically the conference as well. The fee includes:

       NOTE: Besides the registered (either regular or basic) authors, if the parents, spouse, and children of the registered authors additionally want to attend the banquet ONLY, the fee for the Banquet and Award Ceremony Ticket is RMB 720 (USD $100) /person and must be paid.

2.     For Regular registration, in order to verify the IEEE membership to apply reduced registration fee, the IEEE membership number must be included in the registration form. Similarly, in order to verify the student status for granting reduced registration fee, proof of current student status (e.g., current Student ID or other proof of current enrollment) must be e-mailed (as an attached scanned image or pdf file) to ieee-ai-congress-2025@googlegroups.com. Please note that both current IEEE membership and student status will be verified. For IEEE membership, please visit: https://www.ieee.org/membership.

Registration payments can only be done via bank transfer, please use the following information. The registration fee will be collected by the conference company - "Huzhou Al & Big Data Research Institute":

Please include a note on your bank transfer/payment . The format of the note is: "PaperID + IEEE TrustCom/BigDataSE/CSE/EUC/iSCI 2025".

For international authors:

NOTE: For international authors, if you want to use PayPal as a payment method, please contact ieee-ai-congress-2025@googlegroups.com for confirmation. After confirmation, you can use Paypal to register for the paper. The payment address is: https://paypal.me/Trcom2025.

Please note that your local bank may charge you some additional fees in order to process the bank transfer. Therefore, please make sure that the net amount that is transferred to the above account is no less than the required registration fee. After the bank transfer is complete, please send the scanned bank transfer receipt to ieee-ai-congress-2025@googlegroups.com by email with the name of your conference/workshop/symposium and your paper ID. We will confirm your payment based on your scanned receipt.

4.     We will send the receipt to authors by emails for all kinds of registration. Please download the attachment at the bottom of the page if you need an invoice. Email the filled attachment to shi.weiwei@ubitech.cn.
