Visa

Visa letters will be provided by the organizers of the 2025 IEEE AI+ Congress and will only be issued to attendees who have completed their registration fees and meet the eligibility requirements to travel to Guiyang. After completing your registration, please send the required information to the official conference email (ieee-ai-congress-2025@googlegroups.com).

It is suggested to apply for a temporary visitor VISA. If an invitation letter is required in your country, please follow the steps below.

  • Confirm the type of invitation letter required (either issued by the conference organization or by the government) with the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in your country.
  • Once your invitation letter request is received, we will send you the invitation letter.
